Training Program
Smartel customizes our training program for each of our clients to ensure our contact center agents understand the project and deliver top results. The overall training program is based on accelerated learning techniques and uses classroom instruction, heavy practice, and role-playing to integrate and hone skills.
Elements of the training program include: introduction training, behavioral training, functional training, continuing training, coaching, motivation through incentives, retention strategies, quantitative goals, measuring and feedback, and consequences.
